Hotel Policies

1. Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be guaranteed with full or partial advance payment at the time of reservation.

  • Non-guaranteed bookings will be held only for a limited time and may be released without notice.

  • In peak season, only guaranteed bookings with advance payment will be confirmed.

2. Payment Policy
  • Payments can be made via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or bank transfer.

  • A 2.5% surcharge applies on credit card payments above ₹2,500.

  • Cash payments are accepted at the property within the limits prescribed by law.

  • International payments are accepted via recognized online gateways (subject to transaction charges).

  • Invoices will be issued upon completion of payment.

3. Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the booking amount.

  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

  • Policy may vary for promotional/non-refundable rates.

4. Refund Policy
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days into the original payment method.

  • Transaction charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Check-in / Check-out Policy
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all guests at check-in (Passport for international guests).

6. Child & Extra Bed Policy
  • Children below 6 years stay free without extra bed.

  • Extra bed/rollaway mattress is available at an additional charge.

  • Maximum occupancy per room is limited as per category booked.

7. Food & Beverage Policy
  • Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in rooms, gardens, or restaurant.

  • Stella Lounge and in-house restaurant serve à la carte meals; room service is available during designated hours.

  • Buffet meals may be organized during high occupancy or events.

8. No-Noise / Music Policy
  • Loud music, DJs, and speakers are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM in compliance with Himachal Pradesh regulations.

  • Guests are expected to maintain peace and respect the boutique nature of the property.

9. Parking Policy
  • Complimentary safe parking is available for in-house guests.

  • Resort is not responsible for loss/damage to vehicles parked on premises.

10. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas; all rooms are non-smoking.

  • Alcohol service is restricted to guests above 18 years of age as per state laws.

11. Pet Policy
  • Pets are not allowed on the property (unless specified in advance under special arrangements).

Website Usage & Privacy Policy
  • All bookings made via the website are subject to hotel confirmation.

  • Guest data shared during reservations will be kept secure and not shared with third parties except as required by law.

  • By using the website, guests agree to the terms and conditions of the resort.

Liability Disclaimer
  • The resort is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the safety locker provided in rooms.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during activities or excursions.
